A new trend in law science, which examines the relationship between the human brain and the legal effects resulting from its behavior in society. Neurology rights is an interdisciplinary science expanded as a result of the efforts of lawyers specializing in neurology. This field of law science, through neuroscience and law, analyzes the legal practices and thus provides more accurate legal rules and a more detailed analysis of legal phenomena. Neuroscience achievements are trying to provide an accurate analysis of all legal phenomena. For example, the use of FMRI, MRI and EEG tools using neurological achievements for a more accurate detection of criminal liability.
